Sunnyside_SteveJul 11, 2024Loose definitely helps. I pull some scrotum skin through first and then pop one testicle through, then a little more skin and the second testicle. Shaft last, which acts to lock everything in place securely. I don't use lube as I find it more of a hindrance than a help. This works for me with a 40-mm ring that's barely larger than my testicles.
