Anti-Human Trafficking Policy
SocialCO Media, LLC strictly prohibits any form of human trafficking, sexual exploitation, or abuse on our platform. Content Removal Requests
If you are a person depicted in any content on our platform and believe the content was shared without your consent, you have the right to request its removal. To make such a request, please contact us at socialcomedia@gmail.com, providing details of the content and your claim of lack of consent. Our team will review the request and respond within five (5) business days.
If there is evidence of illegal activity or content that violates Visa rules, we will remove such content immediately and notify the Regulatory Compliance team at complaintforms@ccbill.com in accordance with Visa's Integrity Risk Program requirements.
Appeals Process
If you disagree with the outcome of our review or if your request for removal was denied, you may submit an appeal by emailing us at socialcomedia@gmail.com. Our appeals team will re-examine the content and the initial decision. We will then provide a final decision within five (5) business days of the appeal.
