Read em. 25 50 100 mg tabs are sold. One full viagra 100mg for a healthy penis is sometimes too much for some men (50 is baseline). The max dose is two tablets. Three is 50% more than max dose. It's going to be pushing your heart and you'll feel palpitations usually, flush and high blood pressure, and many guys will get priapism or unwanted unrelenting painful erection that in some cases requires hospital intervention. I've seen it twice. Not fun. Remember no cock rings.

  Viagra and Cialis or Sildenifil and Tadalifil

  I tried Viagra and it lasts for one session and then pretty much nothing after I cum. I tried Tadalifil which is the one that stays in your system for a couple of days, that was fun being able to get an erection whenever I wanted for a couple of days, only problem was one of it's side effects was it can give you the shits, which it did, so I stopped using it. Using Sildenifil at the moment and I'm ready to go again within 15 minutes of cumming.

  An old nudist friend of mine gave me just half a tablet once, don't know what it was, but we were both walking around with erections for ages until we had a mutual wank. I might have to try Cialis to see if it was that he gave me.

  I just got a new prescription for Cialis daily, 5 mg. But I got the new generic. I had been paying $169.00 for 84 tablets, getting it from Canada where it's cheaper but the new USA generic is $15.71 for 90 tablets with a GoodRx card, available on the internet. The standard price w/o the card is over $800.00!!
  And if you need an extra "kick" you can take more than one pill. I sometimes take 2 in the morning, makes me feel like I'm 16 again!

These side effects usually go away after a few hours. Men who get back pain and muscle aches usually get it 12 to 24 hours after taking Cialis. Back pain and muscle aches usually go away within 2 days. Call your healthcare provider if you get any side effect that bothers you or one that does not go away". My feeling is that this could be lower back pain caused by more vigorous and longer use of the pelvis in action with respect to the usual, the 12 to 14 hours later makes sense, both from fatigue and expiery.

I don't actually use it anymore...for now anyways.[/quote] The other thing is...kidneys, and with levitra, viagra and cialis, you will need to drink more water than usual to keep everything flowing normally and well, and with cialis, especially the long effect dose, three consecutive days, means 48 hours with the second dose starting at hour 24 which means day 2 is 2x the drug in your system for 24 hours and day three the same thing, so from a physiological standpoint you have day 1 with 24 hours at the right dose, day 2 and 3 at twice the requisite dose, and then a day 4 at the right dose. That's a lot of work for your kidneys and high saturation in the extraction of many drugs with slight to moderate dehydration means precipitation of recrystallized drugs in your urine as it is being excreted by the kidneys. https://wchh.onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/pdf/10.1002/tre.581
