It usually takes at least five minutes for the conversion process. On some days, there is problems with them accepting videos from anyone--probably due to high volume of videos from members... What I do is upload a video and check on it later in the day. If it takes and I have a second video, then I try that one too. If it didn't take, I just try another day.
