Happy Nude Year

January 1 2012 the weather was unbelievable, a sunny warm 73 degrees. January is usually wet and cold in Northern California. Three friends and I took advantage and spent the afternoon at a beach north of Santa Cruz. We parked on HWY 1 and walked a mile west through a field of artichokes to get to the coast. We were just south of Red White and Blue beach, now closed. The beach was beautiful. We were not alone, a fisherman, a few birdwatchers and a couple nudist shared the beach with us. We need the rain but spending New Years Day naked on a beach was awesome.
