Just joined. Having trouble getting certified! Also other glitches in the system. When I try to cerify, I cannot print the page to use in the pics. I get that "red x" instead. Can someone in charge let me know if I can do it with a handwritten note, like I have done in other sites? Seems like too much effrort when all they need is a pic of me with the profile name. If the faces match, that is all I need. How about sending me a passcode to my email (I know they have it)? I tried sending note to the forums, but no repsonse. PLEASE FIX THE GLITCHES! Thanks.
