Hypocrite Moderator

There a Group Moderator who very much a hypocrite. I have tried to join a couple groups he moderates and his claim that I don't qualify is that I don't have the correct profile...not enough full frontal photos and only friends can see my profile....not true....my profile is open. I have a few photos for friends only. His profile has "friends only" pics, too, but he claims that I can't have any hidden photos.....what is he doing having hidden photos? Is this "Do as I say, not as I do"? I haven't had any problems or concerns with any of the other moderators... only the hypocrite! If reads this he should recognize himself. He has even blocked me.
