NOT ABLE TO SEE CHATROOM

Hi all, I am from India. When I click the chat command. I am not able to see the chat room only the toolbar is visible.

What can be the problem.

I use a lenovo G505 laptop windows 8. AMD E1 Essential. (not intel pentium)
