Problems with video downloads

• Hello! My name is Nikita and I have recently started to use video downloads. But all attempts to download the video failed. Error contains such a character: your video does not match the configuration of the site.
• I recorded your video, with your face, clothes and without clothes, my more than 18 years, 125 MB video size as specified in the rules. Format: mp4, avi. Video length from 6 to 12 minutes. Resolution: 720x576 pixels.
• What am i doing wrong? How can I upload my video! Thank you : )
