Unable to access chat room with Firefox.

Can anyone help...I got a new PC and I can not access the chat room with Firefox. But it opens in Google Chrome. I am able to open the website on Firefox but the chat room will not connect to the server and does not open. It worked on Firefox on my old PC with no issues.
