Airport security

How many of you set off the alarms at airport security? I know our metal inserts are non-magnetic (surgical steel or titanium) but mine set it off every other time (one time in two). The detailed scan is enough to put them at ease - smiling when they discover where the metal parts are. I haven't had a strip search yet but I live in hope.
