Breakfast at a Naturist Hotel

Breakfast at Petit Hotel Natura is in an open-sided roofed area with a few tables completely outside and I always went down naked in accordance with the ethos of the establishment except on particularly cold and windy mornings,
On previous visits about half the people breakfasting were naked but this year I was usually the only one. I wonder if the nudist ethos is changing as several of the people staying were dressed all the time except when actually swimming or sunbathing.
