Year 2000. I climbed as far as Kala Patar. 18,383 feet. It was fantastic, amazing, and taught me so much about myself, what I was capable of. The most important thing was the people that I met, some climbers, but mostly the wonderful people that lived there, Nepali, Tibetan and Sherpa.
