I am deaf myself looking for new deaf friends, any disability. I am based in north east england, uk

    I'm deaf in one ear and have an implant called BAHA (Bone Anchored Hearing Aid). I have 70% hearing in the other ear & 30% on the right side with the implant.  I can't imagine what it would be like to be totally deaf, but I do know that we can adapt to any level of disability if we try. I also have a mobility disability but make the best of it.
