Do you wear them all the time?

I do own a few cockrings. I prefer the metal ones.

When I go to a place naked, I need to wear one. It feels better, and look better as well. I feel like the balls are remaining in a nice spherical bag instead of sagging, being nicer. I don't like sagging balls.

I tried a gland ring, but its definitely not often. More for some temporary show off.
I got some pain depending where it sits in my shorts, etc.

But the cockring, while I can sometimes wear it the whole day, I only at it over night a couple times.
I have one that sits around balls and shaft only.
Also, when you lay down on your belly, wearing the cockring is crushing your balls, especially if you have a boner. In my backyaard htere is a place where I can lay down on rocks with a towel.
Are you wearing it all the time or sometimes you like to have none ?
Do you have discomfort in some situations?
