Guiche

I've been thinking about a getting a guiche for my next piercing. Any guys care to share your thoughts about it? How close to the anus or tighter to the nut sack? Is one better than the other? I'm thinking that in the long run I would enjoy a larger gauge than a smaller?
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
