How old did you start having armpit hair coming out?

  hey, well, i was a very late guy in puberty.. so i had my first hairs on armpits i was 23 yes
  and had pubes at 18

  10. I had a light mustache at 12.
  I went thru puberty long before anyone else that I knew. Which kind of made me a freak in the locker room.
  I hit 5'7" in 6th grade and stopped growing. For a brief shining moment, I was the tallest and hairiest guy in the class

I remember spotting some classmates with full dark hairy armpits ~12 or 13yo, and of course, smelly (yummy to me) too.
