Loin Cloths

Amazon sell loin cloths but you can make your own. When young I made one with a long scarf and a belt. The scarf is passed between the legs and then held in place front and back by the belt.

That would be far to modest for me. An easy way is to cut away the crotch of a pair of shorts and then cut away the material on each side up to the waistband. Cut away as much as you dare. You are left with two flaps, one front and one rear.
