  Seems that we are not that much of talkers here. Maybe you will share your experience with us? Maybe where you placed it and why there? What did you go with a barbell, or horseshoe, or a ring? How much you plan to gauge up to?

  I had two guiche piercings and enjoyed them for nearly five years. Then in the middle of last year one decided to migrate out and just before Christmas the other started migrating out. I am not inclined to replace them.

  Over the years my scrotum piercings also migrated out.

  Thankfully my PA, over 20 years old now, and my frenum piercings remain.

  Thanks. I had been wanting one for some time so I treated myself for the holidays. Went in for a consult with the piercer who did my PA, frenum and nipple piercings. She is a real professional. She examined my and told me that my perineum was very suitable for a guiche - room to work with, skin not too tight - and then she helped me place. A guiche can actually help stimulate the prostate so she started poking me and asked me where it felt best. For me it was just below the mid-line between my ass and my scrotum on the scrotal side of the mid-line. She then took several measurements including me on my hands and knees and me standing up to make sure placement was just so. Like I said she's a professional so I was very confident in her judgment and her work.
  
  I told her my plan was to eventually size up. Definitely to 6g perhaps to 4g. Given my activity I thought any more might be too much but will still consider it. She started me with a 10g 11/16 diameter captive bead ring. I had my choice of the CBR, curved barbell or circular barbell (horseshoe). My partner is a fan of the CBR so that's why I went with it. The actual piercing was no big deal. I felt it but for less than a second.
  
  Healing is going nicely. Perhaps the worst part is the rubbing on the ring on the inside of my thighs so I've had to get used to it. Keeping clean has been no big deal. Saline spray, soaks and running water in the shower, patting dry afterwards.
  
  I've been away for work so my partner hasn't seen it yet. I'll go home in about ten days so it hasn't been properly played with yet. I'll say this though. I enjoy the "heft" even for a beginning piece and when I masturbate I especially enjoy feeling it swing and slapping my balls. Very glad I did it and hoping it brings me enjoyment for years to come.
