New Piercing?

With the long healing time of winter coming have any of you thought about a new piercing?
The ladder on my shaft is down to 6 and I keep saying the next one to leave I will get ride of all of them, but then again in the back of my mind it would be nice to add a couple rungs back.
Anyone else kicking a new one around?
