I pump for pleasure, not for size gains. However, what average size guy wouldnt mind having an extra inch or two down there?

So my question is, are there really any pumping techniques that actually do achieve permanent and significant gains?

From what I've read there are no real permanent results from any technique or device, other than dangerous, expensive surgery. Like most of us average guys, I would love for even just 1 extra inch. I used to use a pump for the fun and hopefully even semi permenant results but it didn't happen. A good pump will bring you to your fullest and perhaps more than you ever seen if you never used one. It's great watching your cock grow inside the tube. A lot of hot fun can cum from it, but be careful. Extended over use or over aggression can damage blood vessels, which could lead to adverse effects.

Yes it do's in time I have been pumping now for a few years and have gained a 1.5" length and a goo 1" in girth all so stay hard for a lot longer
