  Depends on the situation, I suppose, like, would it be legal in pubic.

  I don't think I would enjoy naked snow sports.

  But, in all activities, we need to be careful to protect our balls.

  You have a good point about balls, where would a tennis player keep his/her spare balls

  Paintball. Should probably never be done naked. Lol can't even imagine the injuries from that...

And we are evolved over millions of years to be able to keep our balls from being injured naturally. Wearing clothes inhibits this skill set.
