Hard to summarise in a quick answer. This group and other similar ones have plenty of discussion of ideas and experiences.

Any update ? Did you ever tried one ?

I read that if you want to keep it one 24/7, you need to be able to easily out two fingers between the ring and your package for solid ones like metal rings.
I started with a 2 diameter. Was a doughnut ring. Too heavy for staying in when flaccid and walking.
It took me time and confidence to start with 1.75.
This is the size that works for me.

Let us know what you experienced so far.

Mine are 40 mm internal diameter which works out as about 1.6". I can wear them for extended periods with eventual skin irritation being the limiting factor.

Its tight just like it should for when erect and stays well in place when flacid. 40mm would be way too tight for me. I dont get skin irritation, lucky me. Its well shaped too.
