Logging in problems and lack of tech support

I've been trying to create an account for a month. I've even resorted to creating a new email account and using a different browser to set up another account here, but I still have the same problem. Whenever I try to log on, I get the same message: User name and password wrong combination. When I email the noreply tech email, all I get in response is the same user name and PW, but the system keeps rejecting it. I've tried 2 different browsers, and the Cookies check is ok. Anyone have any suggestions, or how to get in touch with a live person to help solve this problem? I may never get logged back on to find the answer, unfortunately.
