Reset password

Does anyone know how to reset a password without going through the original email. I have an older account that I set up over ten years ago on TN and I no longer have access to the original email I set up the account with. It is a paid account that I cant get into. The account is still active thank goodness. Any type of assistance will be strongly appreciated.
