Another way to look at it, as far as double anal FOR your man, if you got another guy and found there was not room in you for two at a time, then your husband could give you anal sex while the other guy did anal sex on your husband. That way he would be giving AND receiving anal sex at the same time. That could be considered double anal too, couldn't it?
