I heard that 251 towns & cites in Vermont allow nudity in public, provided that there is no sexual intent. I would like to hear from anyone in Vermont if this is true.

gabareOct 24, 2025from what i've read nudity isn't illegal there unless a town/city passes a ordinance banning it. years ago I read a group of tees decided to hang out nude in town not so much walking around but in a parking lot I think. the town went along allowing it to continue and I suspect fall -winter came in nude time was over.

I would love to visit Vermont in spring - summer it appears beautiful there and of course there are are several places to go nude at ponds and lakes but step it up and find a town where being nude in public is ok.
