Help, please. New to this.

My husband and I are very happily married and want to branch out a bit. I am bi sexual and he is straight. We are looking for a female who can mesh well with us. I have been trying to do research and it keeps saying this is hard to come by..any pointers to lead us in the right direction would be great. We are located in the metro detroit area.
