Third level of privacy

I have found that posting my picture for certified members only and also allowing my profile to show up on Search, allows non-users to see me. I live in a small rural community in Kentucky and work in a government job. I am paranoid about being recognized. I was certified, and don't mind posting my face (and other goods :) ) for certified members. If I turn off the ability to be found during a search, then members can't find me. also, when posting to a forum, my default picture is posted regardless of the settings, even to those who are not yet signed in. .I would like to see a setting that allows public pics, certified member pics, and friends pics.
