    This was my first House Party, so I have nothing else to compare it to. Tim & Karen were wonderful hosts. The party was as advertised. As much action as I expected. It was a laid back, low pressure atmosphere. Friendly people there. I will definitely return for more of their parties.

    Pros: Great Hosts. Friendly people. Laid back, low pressure atmosphere.

    Cons: Somewhat small place, so number of people limited. Only two bathrooms, so sometimes there was a line.
