Transplanted from Iowa to Missouri. I've lived in the city of St. Louis for several years now, more than that really, about 5. I'm happy. I reached a good time in life--not too old, not too young, confident and healthy. I ride my single-speed Cross Check to work and back unless it's icy or hailing. Flats are part of life. I like people of every nationality and religion, I like non-religious people, too. I like every hue and every shape and size people come in--diversity is the spice of life! I think people are basically good, and the ones who don't seem so, and the ones who have done really wrong, are suffering and bereft and need love more than the lucky rest of us. I love the Cards and I like to play cards, poker and blackjack, especially if there's a little money at stake. I don't drink too much or too little, not every day--that's not a problem. Other than coffee and beers when I'm out or have company, I don't drink at home, and I don't smoke or do drugs--just not that interested. I dislike politics because it's divisive. I say, at minimum, Live and let live--as long as you don't hurt anyone. I take "love one another" literally! Why not?
