A long time ago (in the 80's) I was a Marine.... That brought me to Southern CA, where I've remained. Love going to Black's Beach, although I haven't been doing much of that lately. (I moved to the desert near Palm Springs.) I have tastes in music that are occasionally bland, and occasionally quirky, and sometimes just normal 70's-80's-90's stuff. Hip-hop and rap really don't get it for me. I'd rather poke myself in the eye with a sharp stick.

Lots and lots of movies. We're members of the Palm Springs Film Society, and always take part in the Palm Springs International Film Festival.

Protesters: When there's something in the world that isn't right, a well-organized protest can shine a light on it and eventually move humanity another step forward. That doesn't just happen... someone has to make it happen.
