First of all, I am a double below the knee amputee. I get along very well with my prostheses, and most people do not even realize that I am an amputee when they see me walking down the street. I am active in maintaining my house, and daily exercising. I am very easy to be comfortable around, and can also be very adventurous. I do not prejudge people by race, age or body type. It is the real person that I desire to know, not just the shell in which one resides. The companionship of other like minded individuals would be great. Perhaps there is some small chance that through this website, I will meet some genuine friends and travel companions. Please feel free to contact me if you feel you are interested.

I feel that the definition of a hero may be defined very differently by each situation or period in our lives. Therefore, I am not sure if I would list too many, or too few; so, I will list none.
