Ive noticed something that really bothers me here: there are so many fake profiles. Some of them claim to be someone theyre not, using obvious fake names and pictures sometimes even straight-up porn stars or professional models. It doesnt take much to figure out these profiles arent real, and yet they seem to slip by without question. Whats even stranger is that these unverified, fake-looking female profiles often get tons of positive attention, support, and interaction while genuine members who are open and honest sometimes end up muted, suspended, or even banned for reasons that arent always clear. How is that fair? And heres the part that confuses me most: even the admins and mods must be aware of these fake profiles. If theyre not aware, then what exactly are they doing here if not monitoring the community? Isnt that supposed to be part of their job keeping this space safe, fair, and authentic? It also raises some other real-time questions: Why is it that a profile with no verification, no real content, and obvious model photos can rack up followers and comments overnight, while someone sharing genuine naturist experiences struggles to get a single reply? Why are obvious red flags like stolen pictures, unrealistic age/location details, or identical bios being ignored? Why do people jump to defend these fake accounts, while being quick to report or block genuine ones? Is it because fantasy is more attractive than reality? And most importantly, why does moderation feel so uneven? Sometimes the smallest slip-up from a real person gets punished instantly, but blatant fakes float around for months. To me, it feels backwards. Shouldnt we be encouraging authenticity and honesty instead of rewarding whats fake? If this space is truly about naturism, friendship, and openness, then the focus should be on protecting genuine members and filtering out those who come here just to pretend. And honestly, it makes me question: how many genuine voices have we already lost because they got frustrated with this imbalance and left? At the end of the day, the strength of any community lies in its people not in numbers, not in flashy profiles, but in real connections. If fake profiles keep getting all the attention while genuine ones get silenced, then arent we slowly killing the very spirit of the community? So Ill throw this out as an open question: how can we, as members, and the mods/admins together, make this space safer and more welcoming for real people, while discouraging the fakes that only create noise?
